Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a software engineering or development role a plus
- Previous experience with ServiceNow as a developer or fulfiller is a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of REST, XML, HTML and CSS
- Technology background or applicable technology skills
- Customer service orientation with demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders · Familiarity with ITIL concepts · Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Basic software development and testing
- System troubleshooting and analysis
- Assist in the development of high-level engineering designs and writing tests cases, in partnership with senior
- Software engineers and solution architects
- Participate in assigned projects
- Oversee technical execution of vendor-led development tasks
- Present technical issues, solutions and project status to senior software engineers and managers
