Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or Computer Science
- 1 to 2 Years of experience in Embedded product testing and validation
- 0.6-1 years’ Experience with Object Oriented programming
- Python Scripting
- C++/C#
- Experience with software management tools ( SVN, GIT, Bitbucket, etc. )
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to adapt and solve problems in an unstructured environment, with minimal supervision
- Preferred – Experience with Embedded Systems (testing or developing)
- Preferred – Electric Metering Experience ( ANSI, C12.22, DLMS)
- Preferred – Network Communication & protocols (Cellular, IPv4, IPv6, NBiOT, RF )
- Preferred – PC troubleshooting / maintenance experience
- Preferred – Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools ( Jira, Rally, etc. )
- Preferred – Hardware test, design, or debug experience. Ability to solder
- Preferred – Willing to work as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:
- Design / Build custom test fixtures and tools
- Design / Implement test automation infrastructure
- Subject matter expert on Honeywell Smart Metering Products, testing strategy & testing processes.
- Create test plan, that flushes out test strategy, coverage requirements, test scenarios and the resource needs for a project. Review test plans with cross functional team (Development and other Test Engineers) to ensure proper coverage for each feature / product.
- Create and review of detailed test plans to ensure coverage and quality
- Create test scripts that meet the team definition of done
- Run automated regressions, review failures, make adjustment to scripts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain existing test fixtures. Includes debugging hardware and software
- Able to work in Firmware Verification, System / Product Verification or Solution Verification
- Work with cross functional agile teams located at multiple Honeywell locations around the globe
