Job Description:
We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer, based in India.
You will be supporting complex integration projects with game providers and online casino operators as part of our growing India-based integrations team.
This is a technically hands-on role where you will work under the guidance of senior engineers, assisting in integrating external systems with the LnW Digital platform, products and APIs. You will develop your skills rapidly in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
The candidate must-haves:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English — able to communicate clearly with international colleagues and customers
- Basic understanding of HTTP and REST APIs
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for troubleshooting purposes
- Eagerness to learn on the job and willingness to work as part of a distributed team
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of managing tasks independently once trained
Nice to have:
- Any exposure to systems integration or web application development
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line environments
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Interest in the online gaming industry
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
Responsibilities:
- Support integration projects with external game providers and casino operators under senior engineer guidance
- Participate in technical workshops and integration calls with customers
- Assist in the analysis, testing and troubleshooting of integrated software systems
- Contribute to 2nd level technical support for integration issues
- Document integration steps, findings and outcomes accurately in our ticketing systems
- Collaborate with team members across time zones to ensure delivery continuity
